Branchport, NY ~ The Rochester Rhinos Soccer Team, led by Manager, Bob Lilley, will make their annual trip to Camp Good Days and Special Times on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 to visit the campers participating in the Doing A World Of Good Program.
The Doing A World Of Good Program is a residential camping program hosting children with cancer from around the world for two weeks, along with American children with cancer or sickle cell anemia, for one week. International campers participating in this year's Doing A World Of Good Program are from The Bahamas, Germany, Dominican Republic, Spain, and Antigua.
The Rochester Rhinos will head to the Camp Good Days' Recreational Facility, 643 West Lake Road, Branchport, New York on Tuesday, arriving in time for lunch at 11:30 AM. The team members will have lunch with all of the campers and volunteers and then spend some time playing soccer and other games and activities with the campers.
"The owners, coaches and players from the Rochester Rhinos have been great friends and supporters of the children and families at Camp Good Days," says Gary Mervis, Chairman & Founder of Camp Good Days. "It is always one of the highlights for the campers participating in the Doing A World Of Good Program to have the opportunity to meet the players, have lunch, and play soccer and other games throughout the afternoon," added Mervis.
