Pittsford, NY - The 32nd Annual Tournament of Love to benefit Camp Good Days and Special Times took to Monroe Golf Club, and focused on raising awareness for melanoma.
Thirty-four foursomes enjoyed one of the most prestigious courses in Western New York, in Monroe Golf Club.
Former Buffalo Bills General Manager and Camp Good Days Board Member, Bill Polian, joined us for the event. He golfed, and then sat in for a Question and Answer Session with Scott Pitoniak. He also received a Teddi Award for his involvement on the Camp Good Days Board of Directors in the 1990s.
Melanoma survivor, and current Teddi's Team camper, Haley Smith, gave a speech on the impact Camp Good Days has made on her, as well as what she was looking forward to most about camp this summer.
The Teddi Dance for Love Committee, from St. John Fisher College, presented their check from the 33rd Annual Dance for Love. They raised over $51,000.00!
Rochester Melanoma Action Group provided information to the golfers on steps to take to prevent melanoma.
Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, and volunteered at the 32nd Annual Tournament of Love. We hope to see you at the 33rd Annual TOL next year!
