We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Facilities Director to join our team. Our Recreational Facility in Branchport, NY on Keuka Lake needs you!

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for year-round upkeep and care of the Camp Facility and property
  • Work closely with Camp management to ensure a safe recreational environment for our campers
  • Responsible for safety and smooth operation of all buildings, equipment, systems, activity areas and property
  • Hire and supervise all maintenance staff during Camp and in the off-season
  • Coordinate off-season capital improvement projects, volunteer work groups and the facility’s pre-season opening and post-season closing
  • Maintain all equipment and supplies needed to operate the Camp property and facilities efficiently
  • Conduct weekly inspections to assure that all safety equipment is functioning correctly
  • Maintain the operation of powerboats and Camp vehicles, including routine inspections and registrations
  • Monitor all security cameras and equipment


  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have at least 2 years of facility maintenance experience
