| Spooky - Skate with the Rochester Monarchs - 10/13/2012 |

Campers from the Rochester, NY region were treated to a day of skating hosted by the Rochester Monarchs Pee Wee Major AAA Hockey Team!
The event was held at the RIT Ice Arena, home to the RIT Tigers. The campers were paired with Monarch team members, so nobody had to worry about their skating skills. Afterwards, our campers feasted on Halloween treats,cake and ice cream! |

| Women's Oncology Program - Wellness Weekend II - 9/29/2012 |

The second of the Wellness Weekends was held as the fall foliage began to take color in the Finger Lakes!
Participants took had time to take in yoga, massages, Jafra, and other activites to rejuvinate the mind and spirit. |

| Participants in this year's program spent the weekend relaxing and creating all types of arts-n-crafts projects. Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to meet new friends and rekindle old friendships during this kick-off adult oncology program. |

| Supportive Spouse / Friend Weekend - 9/8/2012 |

As part of the Women's Oncology Program, the Supportive Spouse Weekend encourages participants to bring the person who has provided ongoing support throughout the cancer treatment process.
This year paricipants had the opportunity to relax with a massage, experience JAFRA, sit by the campfire, or take part in a square dance! |

| Junior Good Days - Buffalo, NY - 7/31/2012 |

A day-camp program for children, ages 4-7, who are too young to attend the overnight camp programs.
This year campers had carnival, complete with a bounce house, a visit to Fantasy Island, hiking and playing at Stiglmeier Park, a visit from the South Line and Lancaster Fire Departments (the campers even got to try the fire hoses)! The entire week was topped off by a day at Darien Lake Amusement Park. |

| The 29th annual Tournament of Love took place this year at Monroe Golf Club in Pittsford, New York. This year's participants played 18 beautiful holes of golf, enjoyed a steak dinner and all proceeds went to the children of Camp Good Days. |

| Young Adult Program - 6/17/2012 |

| Young adults ages 18 to 37, along with their plus one, joined us at our recreational facility in Branchport, New York.
Campers participated in various activities including: a nature hike, multiple Project Adventure challenges and games, boat rides, a campfire, arts and crafts, woodworking and more. |

| Mark Herzlich: Life, Cancer and the NFL - 6/27/2012 |

| New York Giants linebacker Mark Herzlich was the special guest at Camp Good Days and Special Times "Life, Cancer and the NFL" event. Herzlich was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and beat the disease in 2010. |

| Courage Bowl VIII between The St. John Fisher Cardinals and the University of Rochester Yellowjackets gave campers the opportunity to be on the sidelines as honorary coaches and cheerleaders. Each year the players, coaches, and cheerleaders form both UofR and St. John Fisher show the campers a special time they will never forget! |

On Thursday, August 2, 2012, a group of campers from Camp Good Days were invited to the Buffalo Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
Along with watching practice, Campers had the opportunity to try football skills in the interacive area! The highlight of the afternoon was when the players came over to sign some autographs, who included Ryan Fitzpatrick and Marcell Dareus! |

| Tour de Teddi - 9/29/2012 |

Over 200 cyclists took to the roads around Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of New York as part of Tour de Teddi, a bike ride to raise funds for Camp Good Days and Special Times.
The ride consisted of three different courses so riders of every skill level could participate.
After the ride, everyone was able to sit and enjoy some food and wind down at the Camp Good Days waterfront! |

| Just Clowining Around 5k - 7/14/2012 |

Just Clowing Around was the first 5k Race held by Camp Good Days and Special Times, and over 330 runners parcticpated to make it a great success!
The course went around the town of Mendon on a warm and sunny July day. After the race, participants had a chance to cool off with refresments at the Mendon Fire Hall. |

Campers from the Central, and Southern Tier, New York Camp Good Days regions recently recieved a VIP visit to the New York Jets Football training camp at SUNY Cortland.
In addition to watching practice, campers tested thier skills in the NFL interactive area, and of course got some great autographs! |

| Florida Fun Fest 2012 - 4/27/2012 |

Campers from New York flew to Florida for some days in the sun and fun!
The excursion started in Tampa with a visit to Busch Gardens, and a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game. Also everyone got a break from the cold in the north and took in some well needed beach time.
The trip continued to Orlando, where campers explored Disney's Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and a visit to Universal Studios. |

| A Night Of Gratitude - 3/9/2012 |

On Friday, March 9, 2012, Camp Good Days held a Night Of Gratitude, for volunteers and organizations who have given time and resources at an extraordinary level.
The event was held at the Rochester Plaza Hotel and the Master Of Ceremonies was Scott Pitoniak.
Two types of awards were presented, the Teddi Award and the Ring Of Honor. Recipients for the Ring Of Honor are awarded with a stone inscribed with their name, which is placed at the Camp Good Days Recreational Facility in Branchport, NY.

| Cancer Mission 2020 Press Conference - 12/2/2010 |

Gary Mervis launched the Cancer Mission 2020 initiative with a press conference on December 2, 2010, at Frontier Field in Rochester, NY.
The goal is to put an end to cancer by the end of the decade.

Project T.I.P.S., (Trust, Information, Programs & Services), visited the Scio and Ontario Street area of Rochester, NY, to promote safer neighborhoods and cooperation between residents and law enforcement.
Participnts had fun visiting the RFD fire safety unit, the State Police Vehicle Safety Demo and the RPD Mobile Command Unit. Kids also had the chance to ride horses and play games.
Various agencies were on hand to give information to residents about stopping the spread of violence. |

| St. John Fisher College - Teddi Dance For Love 2012 - 2/18/2012 |

The 30th Annual Teddi Dance for Love was held on February 17 - 18, 2012 at St. John Fisher College. This 24-hour dance marathon for Camp Good Days is put on by the student-run Teddi Committee at St. John Fisher College.
The 30th anniversary was highlighted this year with a visit from Dr.Lou Buttino, who was instrumental in starting the Dance For Love, and co-authored For The Love Of Teddi, with Camp Good Days founder Gary Mervis.
This year also featured Lou Gramm, formerly the lead singer of Foreigner, who acted as the honorary chairman for the dance. |

Celebrating our 11th year, the 2011 Annual Camp Good Days Wine Auction Dinner held on May 17, 2011, was a huge success, with more money raised than ever before, making the wine event the largest fund raiser for Camp Good Days.
Guests had the chance to bid on medal winning wine lots from the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, in addition to sizzling live auction items such as a fighter jet ride! |

| 29th Congressional District Cancer Summit - 6/22/2009 |

| Gary Mervis, Chairman & Founder of Camp Good Days and Special Times, hosted a Cancer Summit on Monday, June 22, 2009, at the Camp Good Days' Recreational Facility, Branchport, New York.
Doctors, nurses, social workers, community agency representatives, as well as those who are dealing with and / or have survived their battle with cancer attended the summit. As a special highlight, Dr. Brian Monahan was a Keynote Speaker. Dr. Monahan currently serves as the Attending Physician of the United States Congress.
The goal of the Cancer Summit is to provide the venue in which everyone can come together and discuss ways in which to develop a grassroots effort for our country's commitment to bringing the war on cancer to the forefront of the public's attention and the government's agenda, as well as map out the steps necessary to defeat this disease and to provide the model for other Congressional Districts across the country. |

| 30th Anniversary Reunion Weekend - 10/3/2009 |

| The 30th Anniversary Reunion weekend, held at the Branchport Recreational Facility, was attended by campers and volunteers from the first 10 years of Camp Good Days. Everyone shared fond memories of the good times and the friends they met. A special memorial service was held by Father David Ambuske and Sister Fran Quinn to remember those friends who had since passed on, and to celebrate the magic of Camp Good Days and Special Times. |
